Welcome to our first ever summer U10 Training Squad! The Training Squad will practice once a week with Coaches Madie Pate, Craig Van Der Horn and other Vand'al Coaches & High School Players. This team will focus on Stick Skill and Lax IQ, with fun drills, small games and individual skill development.Our goal is to enroll enough players for the team to scrimmage at each practice...Please help spread the word!

Practice Locations: Marymoor Park

Practice Days: Wednesday Evenings (most often)

Start Date: Wednesday, June 11th

End Date: Wednesday, July 27th

Summer Season Fee: $175.00 (includes practice jersey)
