Elite Team - HS
The Elite Team is a high school team coached by Claire Monsaas, Grace Hamilton, Becca Tharp and Dave Rezoski. This competitive High School travel team is made up of the highest skilled players selected from tryouts. Players are also chosen based on attitude and effort. Elite players are typically strong members of their High School Clubs and are interested in playing lacrosse at any collegiate level. Elite players will commit to practice and workout outside of Vand'al practices, in addition to spending time watching game film. Elite players will gain a SportsRecruits profile (if interested in playing NCAA) and will have film purchased from tournaments we attend.

Park City Showdown - June 28th - 30th Park City, UT (flying into Salt Lake City, UT. travel days 6/27 - 6/30)
Pipe City Lax Fest - July 12th - 14th - Vernon Hills, IL (flying into O'Hare, Chicago IL. travel days 7/11 - 7/14)
Oregon Lax Classic - July 19th - 21st - Bend, OR (Ground Transportation, Team Bus or Vans. travel days 7/19 - 7/21)

Select Team - HS
The Select Team is a high school team coached by Craig Van Der Horn and Jessa Zak . This team focuses on both individual and team growth, fundamental skills, and developing a strategic mindset. This team generally attends 1-2 travel tournaments and one local tournament each season. Select Team players demonstrate the drive and determination to learn and grow. Teams are selected based on attitude, skill, and effort. Some Select players will gain a SportsRecruits profile (if interested in playing NCAA) and will have film purchased from tournaments we attend.

Next Level Team - 7th/8th
The Next Level Team is a 7th & 8th grade Team coached by Craig Van Der Horn and Rachael Swanstrom. This team will be made up of the elite players selected from tryouts. The team will work on individual skills, team concepts and we won't move on until the team is ready for The Next Level! This team will attend two travel tournaments and one local tourney.

Vand'al Pixi-Stix - 3rd/4th
The Pixi-Stix will practice twice a week with Coaches Claire Prentice & Sierra Rupp as well as other Vand'al Coaches & High School Players. This team will be focused on getting you better faster with fun drills, small games and individual skill development. Vand'al Lax will be looking for local scrimmage/game opportunities for these 3rd & 4th grade warriors. The Pixi-Stix will finish their season at the Cascade Cup in Snohomish, WA July 27th & 28th!
